Positive Choices Outpatient Substance Abuse
Group and Individual Counseling

To participate in Metro Wellness and Community Centers Outpatient Substance Abuse programs and support groups, you must first contact the Program Specialist to set up an intake appointment. These appointments can be made by calling (727) 321-3854 Ext. 228. All intake appointments include the initial assessment and completion of necessary paperwork in order to begin the program.

  • Participants must have a diagnosis of HIV/AIDS.
  • Complete confidentiality is ensured and maintained.
