Caring for our Community
The Metro Centers have always promoted health and wellness for the LGBT community. The Centers continue to respond to the community’s needs stemming from the ever-changing HIV/AIDS epidemic. They continue to advocate and educate to ensure continued funding for critical health care and mental health services.
At the Metro Centers you can find:
- C.A.R.E. (Counseling, Advocacy, Recovery and Education for LGBT community)
- Integrated Adult Counseling Program
- Alcohol and Substance Use Services
- Community Mental Health Services (based on a sliding fee scale)
- HIV/AIDS Services

David Bohnett CyberCenter
Both Metro Center locations offer state-of-the-art CyberCenters. There you can take a computer class and use free Internet access to research or to send in a resume for a job. The Cyber Center program is generously funded by the David Bohnett Foundation.
