About Ilona
Ilona Lelchitskaya, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing from Lehman College, City University of New York, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from City College of Technology, City University of New York.
She is passionate about patient-centered, holistic care that emphasizes therapeutic communication, empathy, emotional support, and shared decision-making. Ilona focuses on prevention, health education, and individualized treatment plans that respect patient autonomy. Her clinical expertise includes primary care, women’s health, obstetrics, occupation and post car-accident medical evaluations, and nursing education.
