Quenita Oats joined the METRO family in November 2018 as the Program Coordinator of Prevention & Sexual Health. She has since work her way up and is now the Division Director of Prevention & Sexual Health.
Quenita completed her education at Rust College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/ Pre-Law. She went on to earn a Master of Applied Social Science from the Florida A&M University.
For the next eight years, Quenita worked in the juvenile justice system. Her work had an emphasis on social outreach and education. Throughout her career, she helped at-risk youth to attain their high school diploma, gain employability, and independent living skills.
When she is not working, Quenita enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with their two small children, and hanging out with her girls.
