Programming for Seniors

METRO is an official affiliate of the national SAGE USA https://sageusa.org/ program, providing advocacy and services for LGBTQ+ elders and celebrates the unique treasure of those who led the way. Offerings include social activities, discussion groups, access to free legal services, chair yoga, meditation, day trips, heath and wellness seminars, activities, and educational programming.

For men age 50 or better for discussions, friendships, guest speakers and educational seminars, potluck lunches, outings, and more.

For women age 50 or better! Meet for fun and enjoy affordable events and outings around town.

Meeting days, times, and locations vary.

Join fellow bowlers for two fun games and lunch afterwards at a local restaurant. Join in on the fun even if you are not a bowler! PLEASE RSVP by email the Friday prior to bowling day indicating whether you will be attending as a bowler or spectator. $5 covers both games and shoe rental.
