Having completed her Bachelor of Science from Appalachian State University, Toli went on to complete a Master of Science in Education from Southern Illinois University and a Master in Social Work from Florida State University. Prior to working at METRO, Toli served as a Lead Advocate at CASA’s shelter where she was able to provide services and support to adults and families fleeing domestic violence situations. This opened the doors for her to start CASA’s first LGBTQ+ Domestic Violence Survivors Support Group. Toli originally joined the METRO family in 2015 as the LGBT Program Manager and now serves the community as a Behavioral Health Therapist. Even though she is a lover of all animals, her cat Franklin steals her heart. On her time off she enjoys exploring eclectic options Tampa Bay has to offer.
