About Patricia

Meet Patricia Evans, an experienced healthcare provider dedicated to your well-being. With over 10 years of expertise encompassing trauma & surgical critical care, abdominal transplant, and primary care, Patricia brings a wealth of knowledge to the New Port Richey and Clearwater offices of Metro Inclusive Health. Her 24 years of bedside nursing experience further solidified her commitment to exceptional patient care.

Patricia’s educational journey includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. She then completed her Post-Master’s Nurse Practitioner certification at the esteemed University of Alabama at Birmingham. Hailing from rural North Carolina, Patricia’s upbringing ignited her passion for enhancing healthcare accessibility for underserved individuals.

Early in her career, Patricia interned at the STD/Infectious Diseases Clinic affiliated with Duke University’s Epidemiology Programs at her local county health department. This experience shaped her holistic approach to patient care, fostering a deep understanding of the importance of comprehensive health management.

Specializing in endocrinology, particularly diabetes care, Patricia empowers her patients to take charge of their health journey. Her compassionate nature and dedication to patient education create a supportive environment where you can thrive.

Beyond her professional life, Patricia finds joy in her role as a wife to her husband Jamie and a mother to two children and two dogs. In her leisure time, she embraces an active lifestyle, training for and participating in various races, with a primary focus on triathlons. Patricia’s commitment to health and wellness extends to her family life, as she engages in enriching activities together with her loved ones.
