About Meghan
Meghan is a Behavioral Health Therapist at Metro Inclusive Health who’s been serving the community with care and compassion for over a year. She earned her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, in May 2024, and brings both expertise and heart to every session.
With certification in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Meghan specializes in supporting clients as they navigate and heal from past trauma. Her background includes experience as a personal trainer and life coach, especially with children and adolescents, giving her a well-rounded, holistic approach to care. By integrating both mental and physical wellness, she helps clients of all ages move toward emotional balance and personal growth.
Meghan’s work is rooted in a belief that therapy should meet each person where they are. At Metro Inclusive Health, she’s proud to offer affirming, individualized care that makes a difference.
When she’s not helping her clients, you can find her boxing or weightlifting, spending time in nature, and spending time with her dog, Blitz.
