Shericka is a highly motivated professional with years of experience in case management and the mental/behavioral health field. With a strong educational background and a passion for helping others.
Shericka is proficient in clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, biopsychosocial assessments, annual evaluations, and discharge paperwork. She utilizes various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Trauma-Informed Care to provide evidence-based counseling services to adults and families.
Shericka holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology/Criminal Justice from Milan High School and a Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy (MFT) from NorthCentral University. She has also acquired several certifications, including Mental Health First Aid, Certified Dependency Case Manager (CCM), Court Appointed Special Advocate, Certified Life Coach, and CPR/AED. Shericka is an active member of professional organizations such as the American Association of Marriage & Family Therapy, the Commission on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy (COAMFTE), and The National Society of Leadership and Success.
