METRO offers a holistic approach to wellness including fitness classes, well-being sessions, social activities, and peer support groups to balance the LGBTQ+ mind, body, and soul.

Acupuncture

Community and individual acupuncture services by Cate Bransfield, AP, RN. Prevent illness by improving the overall functioning of the body’s immune and organ systems. Helpful for treating existing illnesses and injuries, preventing the recurrence of illnesses and new illness, and the betterment of overall health. Insurance plans accepted. Special no-cost plans for veterans.

Adult Children of Alcoholics

Adult Children of Alcoholics is an organization that is intended to provide a forum to individuals who desire to recover from the effects of growing up in an alcoholic or otherwise dysfunctional family.

Crystal bowls and drum vibrations provide gentle, yet powerful sound meditation guided by Reiki Master, Phillip Walker, LCSW.

There is a $5 suggested donation for these sessions.

Wellness Weavers

Learn how weaving can improve mental health. Attend weekly sessions to add your piece to the “Our Woven Story” Tapestry Project.

Overeaters Anonymous

A program of recovery from compulsive eating, providing a private fellowship of experience, strength and hope.
