Learn how to keep your mind on what’s happening in the here and now instead of dwelling on the past or worrying about the future. Feel less guilt and less anxiety as you focus on the daily values that will help you become the person you want to be.
Managing Your Feelings
How would your life change if you could control how you feel? Learn to control your feelings by analyzing your thoughts and changing your actions. Reduce the time you feel “bad” and increase the time you feel “good.”
Learn how to find satisfaction in a relationship without hurting the person you love or feeling like you are always giving in. We’ll practice asking for help as well as how to say no without feeling guilty.
Get Through Hard Times
Learn what you can do when things go wrong and there’s nothing you can to change it. Deal with upsetting emotions without doing something you may regret later.
