She is a highly resourceful health services and project management professional with over 10 years of demonstrated success in financial and operational excellence for well-established healthcare organizations. Her proven track record of optimizing processes to achieve both customer satisfaction and revenue integrity makes her a strong asset to the METRO team. Previous experiences include serving as the Director of Patient Financial Services/Revenue Cycle at Maniilaq Association and Owner/Director of Instructional Design & Business Developer at YPREP, Inc. Her current title is Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management.
