This year, the Tampa Museum of Art partnered with Metro Inclusive Health to bring new programs focused on LGBTQ+ youth in Tampa Bay. Nicholas Catania, the current chair of Pride & Passion: Neon Jungle and past committee member for six years running, asserted that “art and education are essential and Pride & Passion brings those two passions together. The Museum’s partnership with Metro to offer art programming to LGBTQ+ youth will help kids who need that creative outlet to find themselves in the art.”
