Metro Inclusive Health is on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing & Fundraising Specialist. This vital role contributes to advancing our mission of offering inclusive, quality healthcare using consistent and effective communications programs. The position calls for a highly independent, proactive, and innovative thinker.

Primary/Key Responsibilities:

Marketing and Communications:

· Maintain the website to include adding/updating pages, developing keyword optimized blog posts, updating artwork/images, and maintaining provider bios, locations, and operational details.

· Identify, create, execute, and report on external email campaigns aligned with our mission and vision.

· Coordinate with the Health Information Systems/Informatics team to identify, create, distribute, and analyze patient-related email and text campaigns for specific service updates, ongoing patient communications, and reminders, etc.

· Collaborate with the CMO and marketing team to produce inspiring and inclusive promotional materials for all platforms.

Fundraising and Development:

· Proactively turn organizational services, initiatives, and special projects into fundraising talking points.

· Lead, expand, track, and report on annual initiatives alongside local businesses and organizations.

· Work directly with the CMO and marketing team to build and maintain strong relationships with small/medium dollar donors through creative and engaging campaigns utilizing the tools of our donor database, digital and social media, email, community relations, influencers, etc.

· Establish and maintain a protocol for informing high dollar donors about the importance of their support through effective, regular communications that highlight growth, milestones, patients/clients served, goals accomplished, etc.

Event Management:

· Play a key role in the development, organization, and execution of annual fundraising event(s), ensuring they effectively support the commitment of our sponsors while reflecting the organization’s mission and operational goals.

· Includes ensuring all event deliverables are met, coordinating and scheduling with vendors to maintain timelines, and accounting for details.

· Analyze event outcomes, providing comprehensive reports on successes and opportunities for growth.

Collaboration and Outreach:

· Work in tandem with various departments to ensure unified marketing and fundraising strategies.

· Engage with like-minded community groups and businesses to widen our outreach and deepen our impact.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing and/or fundraising role, preferably within a non-profit/healthcare organization.

· Demonstrated tangible success in creating and implementing marketing and fundraising strategies (sampling and specific outcomes achieved will be required).

Skills/Knowledge

· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Strong organizational and project management skills.

· Demonstrated ability to effectively use digital tools for efficiency and creativity.

· Proficiency in email and/or CRM platforms.
