In 2019, insured patients helped METRO deliver $435,749 in client assistance to the under-or-uninsured, just by using their normal copay. We accept most major insurances, Medicaid and Medicare and operate state-of-the-art facilities with over 100 services, onsite labs, TeleHealth, pharmacy delivery and direct communications with your provider. It’s the most modern and centralized opportunity to take care of your health and that of our community. 

Sliding Scale Fee Program

We believe in eliminating barriers to quality healthcare. That’s why we offer a sliding fee discount scale to those without insurance. Proof of income is required at your first appointment and annually thereafter, to qualify.

Paychecks for the last month Employer statement for the last month Self-employment for the last month Self-declaration of no income with support statement Child support Cash settlements Social Security Administration award letters W-2 or current year tax returns.
